Friday went off plan. The check-in takes it into account.
Most plans expect a perfect week.
Then a meeting runs late, Friday turns into pizza night, and the plan starts to feel like something you already failed.
Fitywell keeps going with you. Had a big lunch? You see what's left for dinner, and Fity can suggest something that fits. Rough week? Next week gets easier. You never have to start over.
The app, live.
Tap through the real screens: what's next today, your meals, a guided workout, your progress and a card to share.

Tuesday: lunch, logged from a photo.
Take a picture of your plate, or just say what you ate. You get the foods and portions back, and you fix anything before it's saved.

You have about 520 calories left today. Try salmon with roasted vegetables and a small sweet potato.
Friday: pizza night counts too.

Tell it about your energy, hunger, sleep, how the workouts felt and what the scale said. Next week changes to match.

Exercises in the Fitywell library, by where you can do them.
No magic. Just math you can check.
Here's exactly how Fitywell sets your daily calories, step by step.
Your body
Your age, height, weight and sex go into the Mifflin-St Jeor equation, a standard way dietitians estimate the calories your body burns at rest.
Your week
How active you are and how often you'll work out raise that number to what you burn on a normal day.
Your goal
Losing weight takes about 20% off. Building muscle adds about 10%. Staying steady leaves it as is.
A safe floor
The plan never goes below 1,200 calories a day for women or 1,500 for men. Lower than that needs a doctor.
Every week after
Your check-in nudges calories, workout days and workout length within set limits, so changes stay small and steady.
Everything that comes with it.

Questions people ask first.
I've never stuck with a plan. Why would this one work?
It doesn't need a perfect week. Once a week you check in, and your calories, meals and workouts adjust to what actually happened. A few bad days never mean starting from zero.
What do I see before I pay?
Answer the setup questions and you see your daily calorie and protein targets. If you continue, you create your account and pick a plan: weekly, monthly or every 3 months, each with half off the first payment. Your full meal and workout plan opens right after payment.
I already have a dietitian or a trainer. Can I use their plan?
Yes. Import your dietitian's meal plan from a photo, a PDF or pasted text, or type it in, and enter your trainer's workouts. Fitywell follows them as written: weekly check-ins never replace a plan that came from your professional.
Do I need a gym?
No. Tell us where you train and what you have at home, and your workouts only use what you actually own, even if that's nothing at all.
I'm a complete beginner. Is that okay?
Yes. Setup asks about your experience and any injuries, and guided workouts show you each exercise step by step.
I'm vegetarian, vegan or have allergies. Will it work?
Yes. Dairy, gluten, vegetarian, vegan, allergies: you mark them during setup and they're respected everywhere. If a food doesn't work for you, swap it for something nutritionally similar.
How accurate is logging a meal from a photo?
It's an estimate. The app suggests each food with a portion and its numbers, and you correct anything before saving. Nothing is logged until you confirm. For packaged food or exact portions, typing it in is the most precise.
What can Fity help with, and what not?
Fity answers questions about your meals, workouts and routine using your goal and today's numbers, and remembers your earlier conversations. It won't diagnose symptoms, comment on medications or promise results. For those, talk to a professional.
Do I need to download anything?
No. Fitywell runs in your phone's browser, and you can add it to your home screen so it opens like an app. There's nothing to download from an app store.
What happens to my data?
Only you can see your information in the app, and we never sell it. To build your plan and answer you in the coach, it's processed by the providers that run Fitywell, including our AI provider. You can download everything or delete your account from your Profile. Details are in our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
How do I cancel? Can I get a refund?
Open your Profile and tap Manage or cancel. Your plan stops renewing and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Partial periods aren't refunded, except where the law requires it.
I have a health condition or take medication. Is it right for me?
Fitywell isn't medical care and doesn't diagnose or treat anything. Talk to your doctor before starting a new diet or exercise plan, especially if you're pregnant, have diabetes, a heart or kidney condition, a history of disordered eating, or take medication that affects appetite or weight.
